Processing Times
All items in our shop are made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.
Our current processing time is:

During busy seasons (Homecoming, holidays, or large community events), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and packaged, it will ship via USPS or UPS.
Typical delivery times are:

USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
Shipping speed depends on the carrier and your location.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

Contact your local post office or carrier first (they can usually locate it).

If the issue is not resolved within a few days, email us and we will help you look into next steps.
Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please send a clear photo and your order number within 7 days, and we will replace it.
Local Pick-Up
If you plan to offer local Wilton pickup later:
We offer local pickup in Wilton, Iowa by appointment. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions.
