Refund policy

Refunds & Returns
All products in our shop are made to order, which means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or ordering errors.
Please make sure to review the size chart and product details before checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

Wrong Item Received
In the rare case that you receive the wrong design, color, or size, contact us within 7 days, and we will fix it immediately.

Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, email us and we will work with you on next steps.

Custom / Personalized Items
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it begins production shortly after. We cannot guarantee changes, but reach out ASAP and we will do our best.
